Your responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for external and internal customers regarding technical inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across the European/North America region.
• Manage technical customer requests end-to-end, from initial receipt through to final resolution. Includes:
  • Reviewing customer requests for completeness and accuracy, proactively obtaining additional information when needed to enable efficient processing.
  • Coordinating request handling by routing inquiries to the appropriate stakeholders, driving timely resolution, and delivering clear, structured responses to customers.
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking data of technical requests and identify opportunities to improve the availability and quality of technical data
• Analyze customer request data to identify trends, recurring topics, and areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with MTU standards, audit requirements, internal processes and procedures, as well as agreements with external partners.

Our requirements

• Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in: Engineering or/and Technical Customer Support in international aviation or aerospace environment.
• Strong knowledge of gas turbine engines.
• Good understanding of Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), particularly engine manuals and related technical documentation.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Willingness for occasional travel

Nice to have

• Experience with EngineWise Connect and EagleNet.
• Experience in technical documentation analysis and continuous improvement activities.
