Job summary

MTU Aero Engines Polska is seeking an RPA Application Engineer to support and grow our UiPath-based automation initiatives in Tajęcina near Rzeszow. You will guide Citizen Developers, monitor robots, and maintain the UiPath platform and infrastructure within a global aviation context.

Your role includes collaborating with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, addressing incidents, and helping define RPA standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with UiPath in RPA projects as Developer/Engineer or similar role.
• Solid understanding of RPA development lifecycle and best practices.
• Knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, robot deployment and monitoring.
• Familiar with Windows Server, Virtual Machines and app deployment.
• Experience supporting business users and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and management skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate UiPath Orchestrator, including scheduling and deployment.

• Gradually take over responsibilities for maintenance of the RPA IT landscape and environments.
• Contribute to RPA governance, standards, and development guidelines.

Your responsibilities:

• Support and manage the RPA Citizen Development framework.
• Provide technical support and guidance to Citizen Developers.
• Monitor robot performance, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Manage and operate UiPath Orchestrator, including robot scheduling, deployment, and monitoring.
• Administer and maintain the UiPath platform and related infrastructure.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and optimize existing processes.
• Gradually take over responsibilities related to the maintenance of the RPA IT landscape, including UiPath environments and virtual machines.
• Contribute to the definition and enforcement of RPA governance, standards, and development guidelines.

Our requirements:

• Experience working with UiPath as an RPA Developer, RPA Engineer or similar role
• Good understanding of RPA development principles, best practices, and software development lifecycle
• Experience with: UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, Robot deployment and monitoring, Workflow troubleshooting and maintenance
• Basic understanding of infrastructure concepts, including: Windows Server environments, Virtual Machines, Application deployment and maintenance
• Experience supporting business users and non-technical stakeholders
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and management skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

• UiPath certification (Associate or Advanced Developer).
• Experience working in a Citizen Development environment.
• Experience with SQL, PowerShell, Python, or C#.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of ITIL and application support processes.
