MTU Aero Engines Polska Sp. z o.o, a leading aerospace company, seeks an IT/OT Solution Architect to ensure stable IT/OT infrastructure, design scalable architectures, and lead international IT projects.

You will coordinate with various units to implement changes and improvements across the industrial IT landscape. Fluency in English and Polish is required, and prior IT project management experience is essential.

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring the stable, secure, and efficient operation of IT/OT infrastructure
• Designing, developing, and standardizing IT solution architectures in the Industrial IT domain
• Leading and coordinating IT projects in collaboration with local and international teams
• Analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving incidents and issues in assigned areas
• Planning and implementing changes and initiatives to improve the IT environment
• Monitoring the IT infrastructure and taking measures to prevent failures and downtime
• Collaborating with business users, IT teams, and vendors on the maintenance and development of services

Our requirements

• Communicative proficiency in spoken and written English and Polish
• Good knowledge of LAN/WAN/WLAN networks
• Good knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux systems
• Experience in managing IT projects
• Knowledge of IT/OT infrastructure, including server environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and IT administrative tools
• Practical knowledge of IT security and the application of security policies and standards
• Experience working in accordance with structured incident, change, and problem management processes and their enforcement (ITIL certification is a plus)
• Ability to develop and coordinate solutions across different organizational units
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Independence, proactivity, and a results-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of Siemens solutions (BFC, Sinumerik, Scalance, SFC) is a plus
