Job summary

MTU Aero Engines Polska Sp. z o.o is hiring a Client Support Specialist to provide operational IT support for clients across multiple locations. The role includes handling tickets, OS issues, software deployment, and maintaining client applications.

The successful candidate will support VDI environments, contribute to process automation, and deliver high-quality end-user support while working in an international aviation-focused company.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, ideally in2nd line/client support roles.
• Experience with operating systems, Windows preferred.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident handling.
• Knowledge of software deployment and endpoint management tools.
• Knowledge of common client applications (remote tools/utilities).
• Basic understanding of VDI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for clients across multiple locations.
• Handle and manage support tickets, including OS issues and deployments.
• Support and maintain client applications (7-Zip, Hypersnap, TeamViewer, etc.).
• Deliver end-user support and process service requests efficiently.
• Ensure high-quality client operations and user satisfaction.
• Support VDI operations, including installation/configuration and handover.
• Contribute to automation of client-related processes.

Your responsibilities

• Provide operational support for clients across multiple locations
• Handle and manage support tickets, including:
  • Operating system-related issues
  • Software distribution and deployment
• Support and maintain standard client applications (e.g., 7-Zip, Hypersnap, TeamViewer, and similar tools)
• Deliver end-user support and process service requests efficiently
• Ensure high-quality client operations and user satisfaction
• Support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) operations, including:
  • Installation and configuration of virtual clients
  • Handover of environments to end users
• Contribute to the automation of client-related processes

Our requirements

• Experience in IT support, preferably in 2nd line / client support roles
• Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows environment preferred)
• Experience with software deployment and endpoint management tools
• Familiarity with common client applications (e.g., remote tools, utilities)
• Knowledge of ticketing systems and incident/request handling processes
• Basic understanding of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) concepts
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills and customer-focused mindset
