Job summary

Huntsman in Krakow is seeking a Customer Supply Representative to support order fulfilment and deliver high-quality transactional services for multiple businesses. The role emphasizes problem solving and continuous process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with SAP-based order processing, coordinate with Sales Engineers and Supply Chain colleagues, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or similar role, ideally within an international environment.
• Familiarity with SAP and MS Office; SAP is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Polish would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process orders from receipt to dispatch and invoicing using standard SAP processes.
• Respond to customer queries (order status, amendments) ensuring high service levels.
• Monitor customer accounts and order book status; resolve issues affecting customers.
• Follow procedures for service requests, logging, processing and progress chasing while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Prepare documentation for goods dispatch and ensure readiness for billing in SAP.
• Refer availability/issues to daily hotspot meeting for resolution with stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with Sales Engineers and other Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics colleagues.
• Communicate proactively with customers via phone and email; provide backup support as needed.

Job Description: Customer Supply Representative Role Overview

At Huntsman we are currently searching for a Customer Supply Representative in our hub in Krakow. The Customer Supply Representative supports the delivery of defined, high-quality transactional and business services associated with the order fulfilment process. This role helps deliver agreed performance and cost targets on behalf of all relevant businesses and sites, in an environment that encourages continuous improvement of global processes and outcomes. Role Responsibilities

• Completing the order process from receipt of customer orders, planned or otherwise, through to dispatch and invoice, using standard SAP processes and functionality.
• Proactively responding to customer queries, including order status and order amendments, while ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Monitoring customer accounts and order book status on a regular basis, resolving issues with potential customer impact, including credit blocks and delivery issues.
• Following established procedures for each service request, including logging, processing and progress chasing enquiries, while adhering to Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements and Quality Standards to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Controlling the delivery process within SAP, preparing associated documentation for goods dispatch, ensuring processed dispatches are ready for billing, keeping system housekeeping up to date and promptly removing outdated stock demands.
• Referring availability and forecast issues to the daily hotspot meeting for resolution with the relevant parties.
• Creating and maintaining close working relationships with Sales Engineers and other Supply Chain, Finance and Logistics colleagues.
• Building excellent relationships with customers through proactive communication across a variety of channels, including phone and email.
• Providing back-up support for other Customer Service Representatives when required.

Experience and Competencies

• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar customer-facing role, ideally within an international or corporate environment.
• Experience in export trade and S&OP processes would be considered an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; Polish would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Well-organized and systematic approach to work, combined with the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
