Job summary

Huntsman’s Advanced Materials Supply Chain team in Krakow is looking for a Junior Supply Planner to manage a dedicated product portfolio supporting our Automotive business across EMEA. You will help translate customer demand into feasible supply plans while ensuring product availability in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 2 years of professional experience in an international manufacturing environment.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, planning or customer service.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Fluent in English.
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Excel proficiency and analytical mindset.
• Ability to identify risks, solve problems and adapt to change.
• Strong coordination and communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented mindset with understanding of business impact.

Responsibilities

• Managing a dedicated portfolio of products and materials within the business.
• Maintaining and continuously adjusting supply plans based on customer demand, material availability and production constraints.
• Monitoring product availability and proactively identifying supply risks, shortages and delivery constraints.
• Participating in regular planning and alignment meetings with production sites to ensure supply plans remain realistic and achievable.
• Communicating supply risks, availability issues and plan changes to Customer Service and Customer Facing teams.
• Supporting the delivery of excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate supply information.
• Coordinating with manufacturing, procurement, logistics and customer-facing stakeholders across the supply chain.
• Supporting cross-functional projects and operational improvement initiatives.
• Handling operational challenges and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description: Junior Supply Planner

Role Overview: Huntsman's Advanced Materials Supply Chain team is looking for a Junior Supply Planner to join our Customer Facing organization in Krakow. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of products supporting our Automotive business across EMEA. You will play a key role in ensuring product availability, aligning supply with customer requirements and proactively identifying risks that could impact delivery performance. Working closely with production sites, Customer Service teams and other Supply Chain stakeholders, you will help translate customer demand into feasible supply plans while supporting operational decision-making in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in supply planning while working in a highly collaborative, customer-focused organization undergoing an exciting business transformation.
