Job summary

TE Connectivity Kraków is seeking a Customer Service Associate with German to act as the key interface between customers and TE Energy teams. You will manage dedicated accounts and deliver an excellent customer experience across inquiries, quotes, orders and delivery coordination.

The role requires German and English fluency, basic SAP/MS Office/Salesforce knowledge, and the ability to work in a hybrid office setting in Kraków.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is desired.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Knowledge of SAP, MS Office and Salesforce.com is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship & Satisfaction: be the central contact for daily inquiries and provide timely follow up and resolution.
• Manage Service Delivery Process / Execution: handle escalations, review quotes, monitor shipments and follow up.
• Manage Interfaces & Build Service Culture: act as voice of the customer and participate in process improvements.
