Job summary

CloserHire is recruiting a German-speaking Digital Solution Representative for its Krakow team to develop existing customer accounts and identify sales opportunities in digital advertising products. The role focuses on consultative selling, upselling and delivering tailored solutions, with relocation support and a generous bonus scheme.

You will work in a hybrid setup, targeting strong growth in the Polish market.

Qualifications

• German language at least B2+/C1 level (verbal and written) and English at least B2 level.
• Sales aptitude and goal-oriented mindset are essential.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and strategize how to manage and upsell customer accounts.
• Contact existing customers within an assigned portfolio for consultations.
• Work in a target-driven environment with individual and team sales targets.
• Increase the customer base through proactive sales activities.
• Consult with customers to provide suitable solutions for their campaigns.
• Guide customers through implementation of campaign recommendations.
• Build strong customer relationships and optimize accounts.
