Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Kraków to own the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with site leadership, hiring managers, and HR partners. You will forecast needs, tailor sourcing strategies, and ensure a fair, bias-aware selection process across global stakeholders.

You will drive candidate experience, build talent pipelines for core roles, and contribute to continuous improvement through data and KPIs. Fluent English required; German or French preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle independently with structured, bias-aware evaluation.
• Skilled or comfortable learning and using ATS, CRM, and digital sourcing tools as part of daily work.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across the site, partnering with hiring managers and HR.
• Act as the main TA contact for site leadership and hiring managers.
• Understand workforce needs and plan recruitment activities in advance.
• Develop sourcing strategies aligned to business priorities and market conditions.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
