Job summary

TP, a leading home appliances and electronics brand, is expanding its customer support team in Warsaw. We seek enthusiastic consultants to assist users with technical questions and product guidance during business hours.

You will diagnose issues, provide product information, and help customers get the most from their devices. Swedish and English language skills are required, and up to 120 hours per month may be available.

Job description

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment..

We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.

• Provide technical support to equipment users.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Providing information on products and their functionality.
• Fluency in Swedish.
• Very good command of English.
• Basic knowledge of household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).
• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
• Preferred availability of around 120 hours per month; Project operates within hours Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00, with scheduling depending on your availability.

What we offer:

• Civil contract with a rate of PLN: on-site mode: 58,00 gross/h or full remote mode: 53,00 gross/h .
• Bonus system: after reaching the appropriate tenure and KPIs, +2 PLN gross per hour, then +4 PLN gross.
• If you choose the on-site mode: the possibility of switching to hybrid work after gaining independence, and good performance. (3 weeks remote, 1 week onsite).
