Job summary

Termagroup, a Polish manufacturer, seeks a sales-oriented professional to manage orders and support foreign clients. You will advise clients, negotiate partnerships, and strengthen relationships with field teams. Strong English or German, plus ERP experience, are essential.

Responsibilities include order processing, receivables tracking, and conducting sales analysis to optimize performance. The role offers a dynamic environment with growth opportunities in international markets.

Qualifications

• Fluent English or German, written and spoken.

• entering orders,
• ongoing service for foreign clients,
• advice for clients on solving current problems,
• strengthening relationships with mobile managers in the field,
• negotiating and preparing cooperation agreements,
• systematic sales analyses and taking corrective actions,
• ensuring proper collection of receivables,
• monitoring the effects of your work.

Requirements:

• fluent knowledge of English or German, both spoken and written,
• at least secondary education, preferably higher education,
• experience in working in a similar position,
• ability to build partnerships with clients,
• developed negotiation and commercial skills,
• availability and accessibility in line with customer needs,
• very good work organization,
• knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
• ability to work in an ERP system (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage),
