Job summary

TP is seeking enthusiastic consultants to support customers of a large home appliances manufacturer. The role allows on-site work from Warsaw or remote work within Poland, with flexible hours and a civil contract.

You will handle technical information, diagnose issues, and log requests, using Finnish (C1) and English (B2). Typical availability is around 120 hours per month during Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00, with a potential shift to hybrid cooperation after performance milestones.

Qualifications

• Finnish language proficiency at C1 level.
• Good command of English at B2 level.
• Typing speed and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of household appliances.

Hey!

We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment.

Tasks:

• Providing technical information and support to equipment users in accordance with project guidelines.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Providing information on products and their functionality.
• Entering requests into the system.
• Fluency in Finnish C1.
• Excellent command of English B2.
• Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).
• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
• Preferred availability of approximately 120 hours per month. Services are provided during project operating hours (Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00). Collaborators declare their availability and select cooperation hours from available time slots.

What we offer:

• Cooperation based on a civil contract with a rate of PLN: on-site mode in Warsaw: 60,00 gross/h or full remote mode: 55,00 gross/h.
