Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a Customer Advisor with Finnish to support a TV streaming service from Warsaw, Poland. The role involves assisting customers by phone, email or chat, providing technical streaming support, and handling contracts and billing inquiries.

You will engage with both B2B and B2C clients, with some outbound follow-up calls, in a dynamic, international team. Requirements include Finnish (C1) and English (B2), at least 6 months in customer service, and willingness to upsell.

Qualifications

• Finnish language at C1 level and English at B2 level.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Willingness to perform soft selling and upselling.
• Availability to work 5 days out of 7 with 8.5 hour shifts (Mon-Fri 8:00-18:00).

Requirements

• Service-oriented thinking with focus on customer experience
• Fluency in Finnish (C1 level), and English written and verbal (B2),
• Administrative and technical knowledge,
• Outstanding communication skills and good listener,
• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service,
• Willingness to perform soft selling and upselling,
• Availability to work 5 days out of 7 with 8.5 hours long shifts per day (including breaks), between: Mon-Fri 8:00-18:00.
