Job summary

Huntsman in Krakow seeks a Customer Supply Representative to support order fulfilment and deliver high-quality transactional services. Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience in export trade and S&OP processes would be an advantage.
• Fluency in English; Polish would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process orders from receipt to dispatch and invoicing using SAP.
• Respond to customer queries on order status and amendments while ensuring high service levels.
• Monitor accounts and order book status; resolve issues affecting customers (e.g., credit blocks, delivery issues).
• Follow procedures for service requests, log and progress enquiries, and meet KPIs/SLAs.
• Prepare documentation for goods dispatch and ensure readiness for billing.
• Build relationships with Sales Engineers and Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics teams; communicate with customers via phone and email.

The Customer Supply Representative supports the delivery of defined, high-quality transactional and business services associated with the order fulfilment process. Apply today!****Role Responsibilities:****As a** **Customer Supply Representative,** **you will be responsible for:*** Completing the order process from receipt of customer orders, planned or otherwise, through to dispatch and invoice, using standard SAP processes and functionality.* Proactively responding to customer queries, including order status and order amendments, while ensuring a high level of customer service.* Monitoring customer accounts and order book status on a regular basis, resolving issues with potential customer impact, including credit blocks and delivery issues.* Following established procedures for each service request, including logging, processing and progress chasing enquiries, while adhering to Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements and Quality Standards to maximise customer satisfaction.* Controlling the delivery process within SAP, preparing associated documentation for goods dispatch, ensuring processed dispatches are ready for billing, keeping system housekeeping up to date and promptly removing outdated stock demands.* Referring availability and forecast issues to the daily hotspot meeting for resolution with the relevant parties.* Creating and maintaining close working relationships with Sales Engineers and other Supply Chain, Finance and Logistics colleagues.* Building excellent relationships with customers through proactive communication across a variety of channels, including phone and email.* Providing back-up support for other Customer Service Representatives when required.**Experience and Competencies:****We are looking for self-motivated candidates with great attention to detail and the ability to find the best solution for both the customer and the business.****What we are looking for:*** Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar customer-facing role, ideally within an international or corporate environment.* Experience in export trade and S&OP processes would be considered an advantage.* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with SAP is a plus.* Fluency in English is required; Polish would be an advantage.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.* A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.* High attention to detail and accuracy.* Well-organized and systematic approach to work, combined with the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.**What next?**If you would like to join an innovative, collaborative and multicultural team, please apply now.
