Job summary

Luminator Technology Group in Poland seeks an experienced Customer Quality Engineer to enhance satisfaction by ensuring customer needs are clearly understood and fulfilled through the Product Lifecycle.

You will be the first contact for quality inquiries, drive corrective actions, coordinate with multiple departments, and manage PPAPs/FAIs to maintain quality standards across programs.

Qualifications

• Completed technical studies in electrical engineering or vehicle technology or comparable training.
• Experience in a Quality Assurance department and in Customer Quality with customers.
• Experience managing customer visits and audits.
• Understanding and implementing customer requirements within the organization.
• Knowledge of quality tools: PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D, Ishikawa.
• Knowledge of automotive standards and norms (VDA, AIAG, IATF16949).
• Knowledge of product liability law.
• Assertiveness and moderation skills; strong problem solving.
• Fluent in English and Polish; German and other languages are a plus.
• Internal Auditor ISO9001 and VDA standards certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers for quality-related inquiries.
• Guarantee corrective actions follow up in case of customer complaints and drive continuous improvement.
• Support customer communication with sales, R&D, marketing, product management and other QM departments.
• Evaluate quality requirements in customer inquiries for feasibility and risks.
• Analyze customer feedback and initiate and track actions.
• Contract review and ensure the quality portion.
• Accompany development projects and implement quality-relevant work packages.
• Be contact for customers in all quality matters including joint tests.
• Manage non-conformance, coordinate and implement root cause analysis.
• Plan and implement product audits.
• Monitor quality indicators.
• Process and manage customer PPAPs and FAIs.
