Job summary

Lyten Poland is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure production processes and battery products meet the highest quality standards. You will monitor operations, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.

You will inspect, analyze issues using QRQC/5Why/PDCA, and work with production and quality engineering to resolve discrepancies. A strong quality mindset and readiness for shift work are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in manufacturing in a similar role (battery/automotive/FMCG is a plus).
• Secondary technical education in mechanics, mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience in battery manufacturing is advantageous.
• Ability to read technical documentation and electrical schematics.
• Fluent English and Polish communication.
• Proficient in using measuring tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and monitor production processes.
• Analyze quality issues using QRQC, 5Why, or PDCA and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and quality engineering to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain 5S standards on the production floor and quality lab.
• Stop production or quarantine materials when non-conformities are detected.
• Support shift handovers and report key KPIs.
• Verify calibration of equipment and tooling.
