Lyten, Inc. in Gdansk, Poland is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to act as the customer’s voice on quality and ensure battery energy storage systems meet the highest standards. You’ll investigate issues with Production, R&D, and Supplier Quality, driving root-cause analyses and corrective actions.

You’ll lead audits, develop quality documentation, and monitor KPIs to sustain top-tier customer satisfaction as Lyten scales its operations in Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in a quality engineering role, customer-facing preferred.
• Experience in start-up/scale-up manufacturing is a plus.
• Fluent English; Polish is an advantage for internal comms.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for customer quality concerns; own issues to resolution.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA actions; ensure effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation and inspection plans.
• Lead 8D problem-solving and report back to customers within timelines.
• Collaborate with Production, R&D, Mfg Engineering, and Supplier Quality.
• Monitor metrics like complaint rates and response times; participate in audits.
