Embla Medical is seeking a Customer Order Entry Specialist to check and enter orders into our CRM, update entries, and ensure timely processing of orders from internal and external sources. As aCustomer Order Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for checking and entering ordering information into our systems, updating existing entries, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders, both from internal and external sources. Your accountabilities: Enter orders accurately and on time in the CRM, following contractual terms, pricing, and product availability. Validate customer and product information to meet quality standards. Collaborate with local Customer Service teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth order processing. Follow standard procedures and support continuous improvement to boost efficiency. Maintain high service levels by applying global processes with local awareness.
