We're looking for a Risk & Governance Manager to take ownership of our ERM and Policy Governance frameworks, strengthen risk and governance practices, and help embed a proactive risk culture across the business.
In this role, you'll join our global Internal Control & Risk team, report directly to the Director of Internal Control & Risk - Agnieszka, and lead a small team of two direct reports.
Due to our hybrid working model, we are looking for candidates based in Szczecin or the surrounding area, with availability to work from office min. 2 days per week.
