Job summary

Guardian is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator based in Katowice, Poland to coordinate internal Supply Chain case management, build lasting relationships with customers, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.

The role supports order management, expands relationships, resolves issues, maintains a positive company image, and collaborates with multiple supply chain streams to serve customers via email and the service portal.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German (or Croatian/Serbian) written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused attitude with results orientation.
• Good PC skills including MS Office.
• Ability to understand and navigate diverse customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Support the Order Management Process, including pre-and post-order activities.
• Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet objectives.
• Ensure correct products and services are delivered to customers on time.
• Resolve issues and complaints to maintain trust.
• Improve service and timely execution to drive business efficiency and relationships.
• Maintain a positive image of the company.
• Establish long-term customer relationships.
