Job summary

EverAI Limited is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM as a major revenue channel. You will own onboarding, retention, reactivation, and communications across email, push, in-product messages, and promotions.

You will report to the Co-founder/CMO and work with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative teams to implement journeys, tests, and a scalable CRM playbook at an unprecedented scale.

Qualifications

• Proven CRM growth with revenue impact in B2C environments.
• Experience working in high-volume subscription models.
• Ability to design segments, journeys, experiments, and analysis.
• Proficient in measuring attribution and incrementality to validate results.
• Strong ownership, pace, and initiative in fast-scaling teams.
• Clear English communication across technical and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM lifecycle strategy spanning onboarding, conversion, retention and reactivation.
• Identify growth opportunities using behavioral data to optimize engagement and purchases.
• Design onboarding, abandoned-payment, offers and follow-up journeys to drive first purchase.
• Increase token purchases, repeat purchases and LTV via segmentation and timing.
• Run rapid experiments, measure outcomes, and scale successful ideas.
