Job summary

MimiWorld is seeking a Creative Strategist to own the creative engine for skincare and maternity brands. You will conduct in-depth creative research, write data-backed briefs, and manage the end-to-end production and testing of UGC, VSL, and static ads.

You will analyze weekly performance data and iterate campaigns to improve CPA and ROAS, while ensuring compliance with industry guidelines. A fast-paced, data-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Understanding Meta creative performance on cold audiences and translating data into briefs.
• Solid grasp of direct-response: awareness, sophistication, angles, hooks, formats.
• Experience briefing creators/editors so human-delivery and 90% ready first cuts.
• Process-driven approach from raw customer data to testable angles.

Responsibilities

• Own creative research from reviews, surveys, and communities to identify language, pains and objections.
• Write briefs backed by data, customer insights and past learnings; justify concepts with stats.
• Lead the creative pipeline: script UGC, VSL, and static ads; brief editors with precise hooks and visuals.
• Analyze weekly creative performance: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS; maintain a learning log.
• Ensure compliance with skincare/maternity guidelines and advertising standards.
