Eyr Holistic, a fast-growing Nordic ecommerce group in natural wellness and beauty, is seeking a Creative Strategist to craft direct response UGC-style video scripts for Meta ads that drive high conversion. You will analyze performance data, scale 8–9 figure campaigns, collaborate with our Creator Team and Editors, and own the creative quality and pace in a high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years writing performance video ads for Meta.
• Portfolio of UGC/performance ads that scaled DTC brands.
• Understanding of how to analyze Meta performance data.
• Strong grasp of rapid iteration, testing, and data-informed decisions.
• Experience collaborating with editors and providing clear feedback to bring your vision to life.

• Write direct response UGC style scripts that drive high conversion rates.
• Analyze performance data and use learnings to optimize future scripts.
• Collaborate with our Creator Team and Editors to ensure the ad creation process from idea to execution runs smoothly.
