Job summary

Together Light Inc seeks a hands-on Creative Lead to own paid-ads creative across Meta, Google, YouTube and TikTok. You will translate customer insights into concepts, briefs for designers, and a testing-ground for rapid production.

You'll collaborate with designers, video editors and performance marketers, building a scalable creative operation with playbooks and data-driven insights to improve performance over time.

Qualifications

• Translate customer insights into compelling advertising concepts and campaigns.
• Develop hooks, messaging, headlines, scripts, offers and CTAs grounded in psychology.
• Write clear briefs guiding designers, agencies and AI tools.
• Ensure every asset has a clear testing hypothesis and success metrics.
• Monitor competitor advertising and identify trends and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own creative for paid acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and future channels.
• Lead the creative strategy and production to make campaigns effective.
• Build a system where every creative teaches the organization through performance learning.
• Involve in creative development, writing briefs, directing production, analyzing performance, and sharing insights.
