Job summary

MAHLE is seeking a Crisis Management and Security Lead in Wrocław to plan and run emergency and crisis trainings, develop and maintain response plans, and ensure alignment with business continuity strategies.

You will support the Crisis Management Framework, activate teams during incidents, conduct post-incident reviews, and contribute to global security concepts across MAHLE plants, with occasional travel and a relocation bonus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate security, emergency management, or crisis response.
• Strong knowledge of emergency and crisis management.
• Experience managing physical security systems and site security operations.
• Fluency in English.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Flexibility and ability to work in dynamic environment.
• Ability to draw conclusions and take decisions.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intercultural awareness and willingness to travel occasionally (5-6 times a year).
• Willingness to learn and develop already gained skills.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate security, emergency management, or crisis response
