Job summary

MAHLE GmbH in Wrocław is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead crisis responses and escalation efforts across global operations. You will coordinate international stakeholders, manage bottlenecks, and advise senior leadership on risk mitigation and recovery actions.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred), advanced MS Office; fluent English required (German or Spanish is a plus).

• Oversee responses to transport disruptions, ensuring aligned global supply and demand decisions
• Prepare executive‑level reports, scenario analyses, and recommendations for senior leadership

Your Contribution

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Strong track record in managing complex escalations across multiple commodity groups
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to assess risks and define countermeasures under pressure
• Experience coordinating international stakeholders without direct reporting lines
• Strong negotiation skills and experience working with senior management
• High autonomy, resilience, and ability to make fast, high‑impact decisions in critical situations
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred), advanced MS Office; fluent English required (German or Spanish is a plus)
