Job summary

MAHLE GmbH in Wrocław is seeking a Global Solution Owner for SAP SuccessFactors to govern Talent Management across recruiting, onboarding, learning, performance and more. You will drive HR IT strategy, advise HR leadership on digital transformation, and lead global SF rollouts, upgrades, and improvements with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in global HRIS/HRIT or HR technology environments.
• 3+ years governing SAP SuccessFactors across Talent modules.
• Strong understanding of Talent Management processes (Recruiting, Learning, Performance, Succession, Onboarding, Compensation).
• Experience leading global system rollouts, upgrades and transformations.

• Own governance, roadmap and lifecycle management of SAP SuccessFactors across Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Compensation.
• Drive HR IT strategy for Talent Management aligned with global HR priorities.
• Advise HR leadership on SF capabilities, innovation and digital transformation.
• Lead system enhancements to improve efficiency, UX and business value.

Your Contribution

• Own the global governance, roadmap, and lifecycle management of SAP SuccessFactors across Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Compensation.
• Drive the HR IT strategy for Talent Management, ensuring alignment with global HR priorities and business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR leadership on SuccessFactors capabilities, innovation opportunities, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead system enhancement and process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, user experience, and business value.
• Ensure compliance with global standards, data governance requirements, audit expectations, and system integrity.
• Oversee release management, upgrades, change requests, and continuous platform improvements in collaboration with HR, IT, and external partners.
• Define and monitor KPIs, system health metrics, and governance reporting, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, key users, and technical experts to deliver international HRIS projects and sustainable business solutions.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in global HRIS, HRIT, or HR technology environments.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience governing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors, ideally across multiple Talent modules.
• Strong understanding of Talent Management processes, including Recruiting, Learning, Performance Management, Succession, Onboarding, and Compensation.
• Proven experience leading global system rollouts, upgrades, and transformation initiatives in a complex international environment.
• Solid knowledge of HR system governance, integrations, data flows, reporting, and compliance requirements such as GDPR.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and successfully collaborate across HR, IT, vendors, and business functions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, project management, and change management skills, with fluent English required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
