MAHLE in Ostrów Wielkopolski (Staroprzygodzka 117) invites an experienced professional to lead global crisis response for critical material shortages. The role focuses on European and global suppliers, defining priorities, countermeasures, and resource allocation to prevent production downtime.

You will coordinate international stakeholders, apply global risk standards, and prepare executive reports for senior leadership. Fluent English is required; German or Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in global supply chain, procurement, operations, or escalation management (automotive or high-volume manufacturing preferred).
• Proven expertise in capacity analysis, allocation processes, recovery planning, and stabilization of material flows.
• Strong track record in managing complex escalations across multiple commodity groups.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to assess risks and define countermeasures under pressure.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years in global supply chain, procurement, operations, or escalation management (automotive or high-volume manufacturing preferred)
• Proven expertise in capacity analysis, allocation processes, recovery planning, and stabilization of material flows
• Strong track record in managing complex escalations across multiple commodity groups
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to assess risks and define countermeasures under pressure
• Experience coordinating international stakeholders without direct reporting lines
• Strong negotiation skills and experience working with senior management
• High autonomy, resilience, and ability to make fast, high-impact decisions in critical situations
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred), advanced MS Office; fluent English required (German or Spanish is a plus)
