- Lead global crisis response for critical material shortages, with focus on European and global suppliers
- Act as top escalation authority, defining priorities, countermeasures, and resource allocation
- Manage complex supplier and customer escalations across multiple commodity groups (metals, polymers, E/E, raw materials)
- Drive end-to-end bottleneck and supply constraint management to prevent production or customer downtime
- Coordinate international cross-functional stakeholders during major supply disruptions
- Apply global standards in supply risk management, including supplier relocation and insolvency cases
- Oversee responses to transport disruptions, ensuring aligned global supply and demand decisions
- Prepare executive-level reports, scenario analyses, and recommendations for senior leadership

Your Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years in global supply chain, procurement, operations, or escalation management (automotive or high-volume manufacturing preferred)
- Proven expertise in capacity analysis, allocation processes, recovery planning, and stabilization of material flows
- Strong track record in managing complex escalations across multiple commodity groups
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to assess risks and define countermeasures under pressure
- Experience coordinating international stakeholders without direct reporting lines
- Strong negotiation skills and experience working with senior management
- High autonomy, resilience, and ability to make fast, high-impact decisions in critical situations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred), advanced MS Office; fluent English required (German or Spanish is a plus)
