Job summary

MAHLE is seeking a procurement professional to maintain daily procurement operations at our Wroclaw area site, ensuring material availability and data accuracy. You will manage POs, supplier follow-ups, and inventory parameters while coordinating with Customer Service, Sales, Planning, Logistics and Warehouse.

The role requires 2–4 years in operative procurement, strong SAP experience, and English at B2/C1. A proactive, hands-on mindset with cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational procurement activities, including purchase order creation, confirmations, ERP alerts, and delivery follow-up.
• Ensure timely material replenishment by managing demand, forecasts, safety stocks, and inventory parameters.
• Monitor and secure supplier performance related to lead times, quantities, and delivery reliability.
• Act as the main operational contact for suppliers, managing follow-ups, backlog reviews, escalations, and recovery actions.
• Maintain accurate procurement master data and analyze inventory coverage, reorder points, and slow-moving materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Sales, Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse) to ensure high product availability while avoiding excess stock.
