- Ensure timely material replenishment by managing demand, forecasts, safety stocks, and inventory parameters
- Monitor and secure supplier performance related to lead times, quantities, and delivery reliability
- Act as the main operational contact for suppliers, managing follow‑ups, backlog reviews, escalations, and recovery actions
- Maintain accurate procurement master data and analyze inventory coverage, reorder points, and slow‑moving materials
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Customer Service, Sales, Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse) to ensure high product availability while avoiding excess stock

Your Experience & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in operative procurement or material planning.
- Strong experience in SAP procurement transactions
- Analytical skills and process‑oriented thinking.
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level
- Experience with global suppliers and international logistics.
- Ability to interpret demand forecasts and planning parameters.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Structured and detail‑oriented working style
- High sense of ownership and hands‑on mentality
- Resilience in time‑critical situations
- Teamwork and cross‑functional mindset
