Olympus Business Services sp. z o.o. is seeking a Customer Care Specialist - Contracts to manage contract lifecycles, documentation, and related processes in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

You will review requests, maintain contract records, and support renewals with teams across Sales, Legal, and Customer Care. Fluency in English and German at strong B1 level is required, with hybrid work (60% office, 40% home) in Poland.

Competenze

• Minimum 2–3 years in Customer Care, Customer Service, Contract Administration, Order Management, Sales Support, or similar.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and German language skills at least strong B1 level are required.
• Willingness to work in hybrid mode (60% at the office, 40% from home).

Mansioni

• Manage customer contracts and related documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Review incoming contract requests and ensure information is complete and accurate.
• Create, update, and maintain contract records in internal systems.
• Support contract renewals, amendments, and terminations per policy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Legal, and other stakeholders to resolve contract queries.
• Ensure customer data and contract information are up to date and compliant.
• Monitor contract status and follow up on pending actions.
• Handle inquiries regarding contract terms and administrative processes.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute regular reports.
• Support process improvements and enhance customer experience.
• Maintain high accuracy with large volumes of data and documents.
