Olympus Corporation's Olympus Business Services in Wrocław seeks a Customer Care Specialist - Contracts to manage contract lifecycle, maintain records, support renewals and liaise with Sales, Legal, and Customer Care teams.

The role requires 2–3 years in Customer Care or contract administration, strong data handling, MS Excel, ERP/CRM familiarity, and fluent English plus German at least strong B1. Hybrid work 60% on-site, 40% from home, with an international environment.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of experience in Customer Care, Contract Administration, or similar business support
• Attention to detail and accuracy with data and documents
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving approach
• Experience with ERP/CRM or other business systems is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Office tools

Mansioni

• Manage customer contracts and related documentation throughout the contract lifecycle
• Review incoming contract requests and ensure information is complete and accurate
• Create, update, and maintain contract records in internal systems
• Support contract renewals, amendments, and terminations per company policies
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Legal, and other stakeholders to resolve contract queries
• Ensure customer and contract data are up to date and compliant
• Monitor contract status and follow up on pending actions
• Handle inquiries regarding contract terms and administrative processes
• Generate, analyze, and distribute regular reports
• Support process improvements to enhance customer experience
• Maintain high accuracy with large volumes of data and documentation
