Job summary

emagine is seeking a Contract Specialist to support the Contract Group. You will create, correct and send contracts to clients and consultants, and ensure invoicing data accuracy in the system. You will assist with PO hunting, contract management, and template updates, while coordinating data across databases for current records.

You will also support Account Managers and Finance with admin tasks and contribute to process improvements, systems optimization, and knowledge transfer within the team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience handling detailed documents and databases.
• Understanding of people services support and internal client service.
• Strong drive, initiative, persistence, and result orientation.
• Excellent organization and ability to structure work processes.
• Proficient in Word and Excel with professional communication skills in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Create, correct and send contracts to clients and consultants.
• Ensure invoicing data accuracy in the system and manage contract templates.
• Support PO hunting and contract management activities.
• Coordinate data syncing across contracting databases for up-to-date records.
