Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Business.
• 1+ years of contracts experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel working with formulas, pivots, and data analysis.
• Experience with AI in business a plus.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and/or written) required due to global collaboration needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong working knowledge of contract pricing structures, membership eligibility, customer setups, and payment flows.
• Partner with vendors and wholesalers to support contract setup and execution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and contract membership data using Excel and other sources.
• Establish and maintain a centralized database of contract rosters and key information.
• Calculate and analyze administration fees due to contracted customers and prepare outputs for review.
