Job summary

Medtronic Warsaw is hiring for a Contract & Invoice Back Office Agent – Operations to ensure accurate processing of service contracts and invoices. You will work in a new in-house Service & Repair Customer Care organization, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Front Office teams to maintain data integrity and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor Service & Repair invoices and daily To-Be-Invoiced report.
• Create, maintain, renew, and modify service contracts with data accuracy.
• Validate and activate contracts and maintain contract records.
• Investigate and resolve contract-related disputes and billing questions.
• Manage internal requests related to contracts and invoicing.
• Ensure data quality per processes and policies.
• Handle operational escalations and coordinate resolutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Finance, and other teams.
• Support backlog reduction and business continuity initiatives.
• Participate in UAT, projects and system enhancements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities for operational excellence.
