Job summary

PwC Poland, Enterprise Managed Services, seeks an experienced HCP Contracting Specialist to support and transform back-office contracting for domestic and international clients. The role focuses on contract creation, review, e-signature, and lifecycle management with a strong emphasis on compliance and process automation.

You will work in a hybrid model with global teams, leveraging AI-based tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and documentation quality across healthcare contracts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or HCP/HCO engagement within healthcare, life sciences, or consulting.
• Proficiency in English, allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Hebrew, allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks related to HCP/HCO contracting (e.g., Sunshine Act, Anti‑Kickback Statute).
• Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of contracts with precision and attention to detail.
• Experience with standard contract templates, redlining processes, and amendment management.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems or similar tools (e.g., Icertis, Conga, Veeva, SAP Ariba, Salesforce, DocuSign).
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines, high level of accountability, and collaborative team spirit.
• Self‑directed, proactive approach to deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment and interact professionally across stakeholder levels.

Responsibilities

• Populate business terms and confirm contracting party (HCP or HCO).
• Review and proofread contracts for completeness and policy alignment.
• Submit contracts to parties for e-signature and track status.
• Support follow-up actions for outstanding contracts and redline requests.
• Upload contracts to system of record to ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Facilitate amendments by coordinating with legal for approved language.
• Submit amendments for review and execution.
• Support adoption of CLM technologies and process improvements.
