Job summary

LAPP is seeking aContract Operations professional in Wroclaw to support the Global & EMEA Contract Management Team. You will coordinate contract-related workflows, maintain dashboards, and contribute to CLM process improvements across systems and data governance.

You will work with English and German-speaking stakeholders in a hybrid environment, leveraging Microsoft 365 tools while driving AI-enabled modernization and efficiency across contract operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, project coordination, shared services, contract management, or a comparable function.
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken.
• Good German language skills desirable for coordination with German-speaking stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in an international environment.
• Confident in engaging with stakeholders across functions and levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience with CLM, CRM or similar systems is an advantage.
• Interest in AI, digitalization, automation and modern workplace technologies.
• Strong affinity for systems, data and process improvement.
• Analytical mindset with proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy.
• Team player with ownership mentality and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global & EMEA Contract Management Team throughout the contract lifecycle as a key coordinator.
• Coordinate stakeholders, manage workflows and ensure transparency across matters.
• Assist in implementing and improving CLM processes, systems and data quality standards.
• Maintain dashboards, reports and management updates for informed decisions.
• Prepare presentations, meeting docs and status updates for internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate stakeholder coordination and ensure transparency across activities and projects.
• Contribute to process optimization, digitalization and AI-driven initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality contract documentation, data management and governance.
