• 3+ years in senior contract negotiation or as an attorney in IT services
• Strong drafting and reviewing capabilities with attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple negotiations and stakeholders under pressure

Responsibilities

• Handle general commercial questions for DACH region
• Review, draft, negotiate, and amend IT software services contracts, SOWs, NDAs and related agreements
• Develop contract templates and standard clauses with cross-functional teams
• Lead collaboration with legal, security, compliance, finance and HR to move deals to close
