Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Business Services Poland) is seeking a finance professional to own the Customer Ledger, act as a business partner to OpCos, and ensure timely collections while maintaining high service levels. The role involves collaborating with multiple teams, driving process improvements, and reporting progress to leadership.

Ideal candidates will have Order to Cash/Customer Service experience, fluent Slovenian and English, and exposure to SAP/Excel within a multinational shared

Qualifications

• Experience in Order to Cash / Customer Service area.
• Fluent Slovenian and English languages.
• Experience in multinational environment (Shared Services Centres).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to deal with resistance.
• Understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash process.

Responsibilities

• Owning the Customer Ledger and keeping it clean and meeting collection targets.
• Acting as a Business Partner to OpCos to provide timely data and ensure effective collections.
• Collaborating with HGSS teams to ensure delivery of collection processes and standards.
• Managing customer accounts and ensuring high level of service.
• Identifying held orders and taking action per credit policy.
• Collaborating with the team to achieve goals.
• Participating in meetings with OpCo stakeholders and reporting progress.
• Supporting continuous improvement projects in collaboration with OpCo, HGSS.
