Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków seeks a skilled Order to Cash/Customer Service specialist to join its shared services operations. You will own the customer ledger, partner with OpCos, and ensure timely data delivery and accurate collections while maintaining high service levels across multinational teams.

Ideal candidates have fluency in Slovenian and English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and experience with SAP and Excel.

Qualifications

• Fluent Slovenian language is required.
• Fluent English language skills are required.
• Experience in Order to Cash or Customer Service is expected.
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities are essential.
• Experience with SAP and Excel is advantageous.
• Ability to handle resistance in challenging situations.
• Understanding end-to-end Order to Cash processes.
• Experience in a multinational environment, including Shared Services Centers.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer ledger, keep it clean and meet collection targets.
• Act as a Business Partner to OpCos to provide timely data for collections.
• Collaborate with HGSS teams to ensure delivery of collection processes.
• Manage customer accounts with high service levels at all times.
• Identify held orders and take action per credit policy.
• Collaborate and communicate to achieve team goals.
• Attend meetings with OpCo stakeholders and report progress.
• Support continuous improvement projects with OpCo and HGSS.
• Regularly update the Team Leader on developments and issues.
• Drive personal development in finance skills and knowledge.
• Ensure controls, policies and compliance are followed and documented.

Your responsibilities would include:

• owning the Customer Ledger and is responsible for keeping it clean and clear and meeting collection targets
• acting as a Business Partner to OpCos (e.g. Cash/ Pre Legal Collectors, Sales, Customer Service) in order to provide timely and accurate data and ensure effective collections
• working collaboratively with other HGSS teams to ensure effective delivery of collection processes and that standards are being followed
• managing customer accounts and ensure a high level of service is provided at all times
• identifying held orders and taking appropriate actions to resolve them in accordance with credit policy
• effectively collaborating and communicating with the team in achieving team goals
• participating in meetings with OpCo stakeholders and providing updates on the collection progress
• supporting and contribute to the delivery and implementation of continuous improvement projects in collaboration with OpCo, HGSS and in line with HEINEKEN’s standards
• regularly updating the Team Leader about developments and progress of collections opportunities and issues
• driving own personal development in Finance specific skills and business knowledge of implementing his/her development plan
• ensuring process controls, policies and compliance are adhered to and suggesting any improvements as appropriate
• maintaing complete and up to date process documentation.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Slovenian language on a fluent level
• English language skills on a fluent level
• experience related to Order to Cash/Customer Service area
• strong communication and problem solving skills
• experience with SAP and Excel
• ability to deal with resistance
• understanding of end2end Order to Cash process
• experience in multi-national environment (incl. Shared Services Centres).
