Job summary

Luxoft in Wroclaw is seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain cloud-native services in a microservices architecture. You will build RESTful APIs and containerized applications on Azure AKS, using Terraform to define infrastructure as code.

You will work with Java 11+, Spring Boot, Docker, Kafka, and modern CI/CD pipelines, focusing on performance, resilience, and scalable data processing for securitized products in a financial domain.

Qualifications

• Strong OO programming with Java 11+ and Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot / Spring ecosystem.
• Hands-on development of Web and REST APIs and message-driven services.
• Experience building and running containerized applications.
• Experience with Azure cloud services including AKS and compute/storage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services in a microservices architecture.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and message-driven workflows.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native apps on Azure AKS using Terraform IaC.
• Collaborate on system design for scalability, resilience, and distributed architecture.
• Write tests and implement monitoring, logging, and observability.
