Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a senior Java developer to design, implement, and operate backend services in a microservices architecture on Microsoft Azure. You will build REST APIs and message-driven components for securitization workflows, and deploy cloud-native apps using AKS and Terraform.

You will collaborate on scalable, observable systems and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and Linux-based scripting.

Qualifications

• Strong object-oriented programming with Java 11+.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem.
• Hands-on development of Web/REST APIs and message-driven services.
• Experience running containerized applications.
• Proficient in Azure cloud, AKS, and storage solutions; Linux/Unix skills.
• Familiar with AI-assisted tools integrated in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services in a microservices setup.
• Build RESTful APIs and message-driven services for securitization workflows.
• Deploy cloud-native apps on Azure with AKS orchestration.
• Use Terraform for infrastructure as code and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate with Kafka/IBM MQ/Tibco for messaging, and collaborate on system design.
• Ensure testing, observability, and regulatory-aligned data handling.
