Job summary

Allucent is seeking a Contracts Manager Contractor for a 6-month engagement. You will support the Contracts Team by producing accurate, binding agreements and reflecting project scopes and budgets in schedules.

You will collaborate with Proposal staff and Operations to ensure contracts reflect work performed and budgets allocated, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering timely results.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of budgeting and contracts experience.
• Background in Clinical Trials is a plus.
• Strong MS Office knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Research skills required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple activities.
• Ability to work independently, manage workloads and deadlines.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client and vendor contracts.
• Apply updates to budget tool minimally.
• Manage, organize and maintain documents in electronic filing systems and business tools (Salesforce and SharePoint).
• Handle other projects and activities as requested.
