Job summary

Allucent is seeking a Contracts Manager Contractor for a 6-month engagement. You will support the Contracts Team by producing accurate, binding agreements and reflecting project scopes and budgets in schedules.

You will collaborate with Proposal staff and Operations to ensure contracts reflect work performed and budgets allocated, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering timely results.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of budgeting and contracts experience.
• Background in Clinical Trials is a plus.
• Strong MS Office knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Research skills required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple activities.
• Ability to work independently, manage workloads and deadlines.

We are looking for a Contract Manager Contractor to join our team for 6 months.

The role

As a Contracts Manager, you will support the Contracts Team and other departments with producing and preparing accurate, legally binding and effective agreements that protect the interests of Allucent. This position works with Proposal staff and Operations to produce schedules for contracts that accurately reflect the scope of work and budget of awarded projects.

Main responsibilities:

1. Prepare client and vendor contracts
2. Apply updates to budget tool, as and when needed – this should be minimal
3. Manage, organize, and maintain documents in an electronic filing system and records within business systems, such as Salesforce and SharePoint
4. Other projects and activities as requested from time to time

Requirements

1. 2-4 years experience with budgeting and contracts
2. Background in Clinical Trials good to have
3. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
4. Research skills
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality
