Job summary

Infotree Global Solutions Inc. is seeking a Clinical Contracts Intern to support clinical operations across EMEA. You will assist with budget standardization, contract administration, and data management for international trials.

This part-time internship (minimum 24 hours per week) requires 3 days in the office. You will gain hands-on exposure to budgeting workflows, contract amendments, and compliance in a CRO/pharma environment.

Qualifications

• Current student in Law, Business Administration, English Studies, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for daily international communication.
• Strong command of MS Excel (formulas, formatting, data filtering).
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Reformat regional site budgets into global standardized templates, clean data, and resolve ingestion errors in the Cost-Per-Patient database.
• Assist with drafting routine contract amendments, formal notice letters, and coordinate physical (wet-ink) contract logistics across EMEA.
• Input contract milestones into the management system, update trackers, and maintain audit-ready digital and physical archives.
• Monitor contract execution timelines, prepare weekly tracking reports, and support general audit readiness.
