Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Contracting Lead to develop local contracting strategy and support start-up contracting activities for sponsors and studies. You will coordinate grants, estimates, language and templates, and ensure collaboration with sponsors and RSU regions to achieve project goals.

The role requires 2-5 years in sponsor or CRO contracting, strong negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of the clinical trial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related field is required.
• 2-5 years of sponsor or CRO clinical site contracting experience, including global/regional experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to challenge.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team approach.
• Strong understanding of regulated clinical trial environments and drug development processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop contracting strategy and supporting materials for start-up activities.
• Coordinate investigator grants, estimates, contracting strategies and proposal text.
• Develop contract language, payment language and budget templates.
• Maintain contracting systems, tools, processes and training materials.
• Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders and regions to deliver on project scope.
