Job summary

HireRight is seeking an Account Coordinator to manage responses and resolutions for HireRight's largest clients in Katowice, Poland. You will liaise with client contacts, monitor issues, and help improve service delivery across the organization.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in client or customer service, proficient Excel reporting, and strong communication skills. The role includes an attractive benefits package and a permanent contract in a global background screening leader.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Client / Customer Service.
• Ability to generate reports via Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client-specific issues.
• Monitor inbound enquiries from domestic and international clients.
• Ensure timely resolution timelines with Product/Development.
• Track invoice-related changes.
• Monitor domestic and international searches and report delays.
• Follow guidelines for background checks processing.
• Update reports with client-provided information.
• Act as liaison between HireRight and customers.
• Provide admin support to Account Management.
• Track product performance and report trends.
• Develop and maintain client partnerships.
