Job summary

HireRight, a global background screening and workforce solutions provider, seeks an Account Coordinator in Katowice, Poland. You will respond to client issues, monitor inquiries, and coordinate with Product/Development to ensure timely resolutions, while supporting the Account Management team.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of client service, strong Excel/PowerPoint reporting skills, and a professional presence to manage client relationships effectively.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of client or customer service experience.
• Ability to generate reports using Excel and related tools.
• Intermediate PowerPoint skills preferred.
• Professional presence and strong communication with multiple roles.
• Understands customer needs and delivers responsive service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt, accurate responses to client-specific issues.
• Monitor inbound inquiries (domestic and international).
• Escalate and track issues to product/development for timely resolution.
• Stay on top of invoice-related changes or issues.
• Monitor background screening report progress and expedite delays.
• Update reports with client information and notes as needed.
• Serve as liaison between HireRight and customers on issues.
• Provide administrative support to Account Management as needed.
• Capture data on issues and report trends to AM and Operations.
• Develop/maintain long-term client partnerships.
