The role emphasizes reporting with Excel and presenting data via PowerPoint, building strong partnerships across teams. Required is at least 1 year of client or customer service experience, with a professional presence and a client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year in Client / Customer Service.
• Proficient in Excel reporting; PowerPoint preferred.
• Professional presence; ability to work with multiple roles.
• Understands customer needs and delivers prompt service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a prompt and accurate response to client-specific issues.
• Monitor inbound enquiries and coordinate resolutions.
• Track issues with Product/Development and meet timelines.
• Monitor invoice-related changes or issues.
• Oversee domestic and international searches and report delays.
• Adhere to guidelines to ensure reports are processed correctly.
• Update reports with customer information and notes.
• Serve as liaison between HireRight and customers on issues.
• Provide administrative support to Account Management as needed.
• Capture data trends and report them to AM and Operations.
• Develop/maintain long-term client partnerships.
