Job summary

Hatch is seeking an HR Coordinator for our Poland-based Shared Services team. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, HRIS administration, reporting, and benefits coordination to ensure smooth people operations across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR or related field, at least two years of HR experience, and strong business English. You will collaborate with HR partners and management to deliver accurate, timely HR services.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, or in another related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of related HR experience.
• Business-level English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding of new hires including administration in HR systems.
• Perform HR administrative tasks and maintain employee records.
• Assist payroll processing and local HR processes.
• Analyze HR data, generate reports, and propose improvements.
• Administer employee benefits programs and support HR projects.
