Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support administrative parts of the new hire process, including HR systems entry.
• Assist during pre-boarding and onboarding; stay in touch with new hires and share materials.
• Administer new employee onboarding, create files, and update staff records.
• Perform general HR administration and coordination tasks.
• Support payroll administration and local HR processes.
• Maintain both hard and digital employee records and respond to HR inquiries.
• Execute HR transactions in HRIS (bonuses, leaves, terminations, etc.).
• Collaborate on projects to develop HR processes and innovative solutions.
